underwhelming stay
narrow room broken elevators
the room was a bit of a letdown. i booked a "luxury room", or so they say, but it felt more like a single traveler's closet. there was this massive table for six crammed in there, utterly useless. and to top it off, the elevators were out of service. imagine lugging your bags up narrow, steep stairs to the third floor after a long journey. not exactly the pampering i had in mind, i must say.

lovely team friendly team tasty food dishonest payment missing signature undiscussed bill
The hotel look so beautiful. The team are so friendly, polite. They always do enough for you. The food be lovely too, be well seasoned and have tasty, lovely selection.
The payment be not honest. They deduct the money from the card without any signature from me. The staff don't discuss the bill amount. I do not like this.

the staff tidied the beds every day and provided a nightly turndown service, including water. i found the cleanliness was great. i liked the quality of bathroom products.
